SINCE LAST SOFTWARE UPDATE MY SAMSUNG J7 MAX NOT RESTARTING WHEN PRESSING RESTART BUTTON TWICE.IT GETS SWITCHED OFF

AND NOT GETTING ON BACK.WHEN TRY TO SWITCH ON NO REACTION.NEED TO GO TO DOWNLOAD MODE AND SELECT CANCEL TO RESTART PHONE.ANY ONE HAS THIS ISSUE..

maybe a software issue! you need to reset or flash your device for proper functioning. but backup first

I'm also facing the same problem since that update. Please fix this issue.

It is difficult to restart by pressing three buttons at same time, sometimes it's taking more time.

Also, the phone is hanging when using apps like google maps, dream league soccer, pubg. Before this issue was not there
