My Samsung phone will not send out my emails what do i do, have checked with Service provider on outgoing server and all is ok but still cannot send emails

Please go to Settings>>Apps>> Tap on the 3 dots on the top right corner>>Show System Apps>> Email >> Storage>> Clear Cache.

Please perform a soft reset of your device.

Press and hold the power and volume down buttons for about 10 seconds.

*The device may take a screenshot, however keep holding the buttons for a few more seconds.

no still did not work it tries to send but then stops like something is blocking it, funny thing i can send emails from my gmail account but not from the recommended samsung email app??

Disable Data Saver
And Make Sure You Have A Stronger Internet Connection Like 3G,4G
Also Enable Syncing, Just Drop The Notifications Pannel Syncing Is There

no still the same will have to download a new email app u think and not use the Samsung email app
