Samsung Galaxy j8 software update

Dear Samsung why you are not provide me software update till 1 June to 18 November.

My phone is not working properly without update please provide me new update for Galaxy j8 mobile phone soon...

Why you are not provide Android 11 update for J series.

You think j series customer is not your customers only other series your customers so you provide them 11 and 12 update ....

Bro u got enough updates that promised to give ..
And now ur phone is on biannual update list ..
So u will get only 2 updates a year ..
It's not about series or anything to get android11 and 12 ..
U got 2 major os update that samsung promised , samsung promised to give 2 major os to other series phones too ,so they will get ..

so about android updates no more updates..
U will get security patches ..

Also if ur phone is not working properly then take all ur data backuped and factory reset the device ..
It's an old device and factory reseting may help if the problem is with software ...
