I have been facing charging problem with Samsung Galaxy J8 for the last device 4-5 days. I had installed latest Android 10 update about a week ago. After that, this problem started. The battery is charging 1% in 5 minutes. Contacted the customer care through WhatsApp Chat support, as per the said steps, I put the device into Safe Mode and then exited Safe Mode but no change in performance at all.

There might be some problem with your charging cable...

please try another data cable just to check whether it is issue in phone or cable
