Samsung galaxy j8 need a software update after the update of android 10 not a single update has been given to galaxy j8 users.galaxy j8 needs a update as soon as possible.

your phone is not compatible for further upgrades...you will get only security updates in future

no samsung provides 3 major updates but bug fixes is common update so 1 major update is remaining.

Yes, Samsung will provide atleast 3 major Android OS upgrades to its devices from now on but that's only for their newly launched devices and not for 2 or 3 year older models I guess so.
