No SOFTWARE UPDATE is rolled out so far. Then how it's possible for Samsung Galaxy J7 Max?
My this phone Samsung J7 Max was nicely supporting OTG till yesterday 2nd July 2020 night but it is not support OTG since morning.
I only Updated the software when notification arrived from Samsung.
Please guide and Start the OTG support for this J7Max.

Please perform the below mentioned steps to resolve the issue:


1) Try different OTG with your device.


2) Check by other pen drive.
