After automatically software update My phone Samsung galaxy J7 2016, VoLTE support is not working, I am unable to make calls with Jio 4G sim.
please resolve this issue on urgent basis & give me solution...

We do regret for the inconvenience caused as Volte is not working in the device after software update. We would like to inform you kindly follow the steps below to resolve your concern:-

- Kindly check with other SIM card in your device.
- Open settings>>General management>>Reset>>Reset settings.
- Please do reset your device on factory mode after taking the data backup Via Smart switch and remove the Google account.
- If still issue persists, we suggest visiting Samsung authorized service center to get the VoLTE issue fixed. There will be no charges to fix the VoLTE issue after update in your device J7 2016. Please find service centre details in the link provided -http://www.samsung.com/in/support/servicelocation
