in se bat karneka koi fayda nehi hain bhai ...keun ki customer care executives ko kuch bhi nehi malum...same answer for all questions....not only j6 each and every device delaying

Update software by following the below mentioned path:
Settings > Software update > Download and install > Check for software update (If available) > Download update > Install now.

We recommend our users to check for the software update with the help of Smart switch PC Suite as well. You can download the PC Suite from the below link: http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch/
Note: Don’t disconnect your mobile phone from PC at the time of software Installation.
