Rear camera problem

There are black horizontal/vertical lines in the pictures taken from rear camera using flash.But there is no such problem when I am not using flash.
I am attaching two copies of sample photos regarding this problem.
What should I do now?
Please help.

this is serious. samsung team must provide an immediate solution to this issue or channge the handset.
