Question about Resetting J7pro

go to setting go to search bar and type reset and from 1st option you go to reset option and from there got to last option and reset

phone reset karenge to Personal data ke sath phone ka inbuilt kuch data vi chole jate hai kya?

Kindly take device data backup via smart switch PC suite and reset the device. After the device reset restore the data from PC to device via smart switch.
