Question About Receiving the Android 10 and One UI 2.0

I have a Samsung J4+ that was updated to One UI and Android 9 last may and my question is will I receive the latest updates on this device. I wasn't on the updated list but Google says there's a chance of getting the update to this device. So will phones get the new update although it's not on the list and if not, how to get the update without rooting the device? Looking for answers...😕

Where did you get that news? can you provide the source as I heard. J4+ won't get Android 10.

I googled and did some research and some say it might get the update unofficial. btw do you have a j4+?

No, but I have seen the list of Android 10 getting phone list here and some other websites J4+ wasn't there.
