I am facing problems with the fingerprint scanner of Samsung Galaxy J7 Prime.. Till now I bought the phone the fingerprint scanner was working properly without any lacks. But from 13-02-2018, it has totally stopped working as soon as I place my finger in the home button where the scanner is it doesn't even show the message of 'place your finger properly'. So I request samsung aleast to fix these issue I am really facing problems because all my properties are there in the phone and I like to use the fingerprint scanner as a security option.
