Problems After Oreo on J7(2016)

1. Can't swipe up notification panel most of the time when screen is lock. 
2. Unable to move/delete some files including Camera folder. 
3. In File Manager, I can see how much items there in the folder but when I open the folder, it shows No Items. 
4. In Keyboard, sometimes keyboard doesnot appear when I wanted to type. 
5. In Keyboard, sometimes I doesnot type on the screen that I already typed in keyboard. 
6. Camera Quality reduced for low light photography.
7. Photo size reduced to 1.3MB/pic but In Nougat it was more than 3MB/Pic.
