In my j6 no audio is audible through 3.5mm headphone Jack. Has anybody experienced any problems like this. If, yes then please tell how to sort out the problem. This is not the case of damaged jack.
Hi Bro, Go to Samsung Members App ---> Get Help ---> Interactive Check ---> Audio jack. If problem not resolved try to backup and reset your phone, again problem not resolved contact your nearest service center.
