In my galaxy j7 2016 play Store isn't working
Everytime I try to open it , it says 'goggle play store has stopped' :(

Go to setting - App, find Play store. Click . Storage- clear data. Then open play store. Problem solved.

If clear the storage data from app settings don't work then keep all data back up and make a factory reset.

You have to clear only play store data. Then open play store again. Your data will be restored automatecally.

Clearing the app cache is kind of like a cleanse for your apps. It will get rid of residual files that could be slowing down the app.
Open Settings, and then swipe to and tap Apps. Select or search for the app you want to clear. Tap Storage, and then tap Clear cache.
