Why phone hang ,and don't delet anything.what should I do.plz help

There are various reasons for your phone to hang check in your internal storage use in 50% only after this release your memory I hope you know that. Like this one in the attachment, after this just do a wipe cache ones. Restart your phone, also remove the apps which you are not using. Putting more and more apps also creates problems. Why to burden the phone. Right. Do this hopefully your problem will be solved.

You can use third party apps but be careful about their privacy policy

You can delete the files using the apps like file by google. To clean all the cache of your phone you can use SD maid which is a paid application cost around 25Rs. But believe me it will be worthy for you.
