Phone is not responding (strucked)

my J7 pro is strucked, it's frozed in the start up logo. I tried force restart but no use its not working. and also when I plug in to charge it automatically gets switched on and freeze in the start up logo. please help me what can I do?

i gave it to a shop but they said it's not getting flash. what else to do?
