Phone Call Hangs up on J7 Max

Hello members. I'm a J7 Max user and when ever I call someone in my phone, it takes 2-3 seconds for the call screen to appear. I also reset the phone but it's not fixing the issue. Please fix the bug and also release an OS Upgrade from Android 8 to Android 9 for the model Samsung Galaxy J7 Max
