PIE UPDATE FOR J7 MAX.

Still Samsung customer support is giving consolation to keep patience for a Pie update for Samsung Galaxy J7 Max. Where as the other devices have been already rolled out android 11. After launching in July,2017 this device has been rolled out only one major update i. e. Oreo ( android 8), where as the other cheaper handsets comparing to Samsung Galaxy J7 Max have been already rolled out 3 major updates upto android 10

I just don't know why the users of Galaxy J7 Max are being neglected year after year.

J7 max is never going to get any major os update further. They're done with J series by now. J7 max is hardly getting security patches twice in a year. May be they'll stop it too.

But Whyyyyyyyyyyy? What's the main cause to get Pie update where as the other J series are selected for Pie update and even now android 10?

I think some of system requirements ! No other j series only have android 9 with pie no android 10

On j5 2017 pro android pie
On j5 2015 android 6.0.1 Touchwiz 6.0

Then how did j7 max will get android 10

Bro i switched from Samsung j7 NXT to S20 FE 😂.
So that I don't have to worry about.
