I've encountered many issues with the gallery, battery, video explorer,  Samsung music apps after the oreo update...

Tried many times but issues still remain!!!

It might be case of update not installed properly...

Is there any way the update can be installed again? Is there any back on this?

hard reset the device...your problems will solve for sure....before that make sure u have backuped all your data..

Change settings of WhatsApp.
Settings>Chat>Media visibility and tick 'show media in gallery'.

Wait for the next update before you do anything. Samsung is usually aware of such issues and will fix it immediately!

have already tried the hard reset and the media visibility in WhatsApp is also on!

The issue is still there even after trying this
