j7 max doesn't even have android pie

Unfortunately you can't have one UI, although you can get it rooted and enjoy os 9 or maybe 10. Will work like a charm..

different for each mobile, you can follow a well explained tutorial written by xdadevelopers, or you can visit hafeez centre or any mobile centre in your town, give them 3 to 4 hundred and they will install the modified Rom on your phone.
