OTG does not connect in samsung j6

Samsung company should fix the problem with an update.🙏🙏

my samsung j6 infinity Doesn't support OTG, I request to Samsung company that if this OTG problem of mine happens then it should be fixed by update.

Should you tried another OTG divice..? Its possible that the OTG used by you have some problem.
