Nougat update has made many problems. Very fast battery draining, phone heating after update to Nougat version in J7 2016.
How to get back my Marshmallow 6 ?

hmm.now you understand that nougat is not stable...
ok..i give u a solutuion..if you want to get back marshmallow..then first of all u simply go to you tube and then search about"stock rom " and it's usage..after u get all knowledge about stock rom..than simply go to you tube again and search stock rom for (yr model no.)and get knowledge about that...and then u know how to downgrade any android..for ex.. nougat=marshmallow...okk..
