Not able to enable volte in j7 prime

I am not able to enable volte .There is nothing in j7 prime to enable volte.

I am not able to make call and receive call without data on. Help me to receive and make call without data on with galaxy j7 prime model SM-G610F.

Samsung j7 prime is such a bad phone I ever used.

Clean Flash the firmware using odin
