Hi guys I'm using samsung galaxy j5 and I bought it in 2017 and I didn't get even 1 software update . When i bought this phone its android version was 7.1.1 and today also it has the same android version. Can anybody tell will It get any update in future ?
At this point your phone is already obsolete. Sorry to say but you won't be getting any updates. Maybe once in a while if samsung thinks that there a critical vulnerability which needs to be patched but that is highly unlikely
