New update issue in j7 pro

I recently bought the phone from the offline store the phone worked perfectly fine at the shop after cmg home I updated it to recent software update
Now the problem have been started the touch is very slow and annoying initially I thought the screen guard is an issue so I removed it but still the touch lag is there plz send the new update or tell how get back the old update
