After 2019 august seurity patch j7 pro found bug that is media not responding whn playing youtube, music or gallery video.. sometimes not playing or sometimes audio sound not working pla fix this...i hav m20s but Need One ui 2 on j7 pro cause i dont want to lost this handset its my lucky for audio effects quality and dual.4g please ..asap need dual 4g cause all old handset from others brand update...older than j7 pro
1. If you're facing the "media not responding" issue just after updating your device to the August security patch update, then I would recommend you to perform a factory reset of your device. As it may solve the issue.
2. J7 Pro will not be getting OneUI 2.0 update as the OneUI 2.0 comes with Android 10 update for your your J7 Pro is not eligible as it have already received two major Android upgrades.
3. If your J7 Pro doesn't comes with Dual 4G, then please don't expect it to get as it won't get it.
