NOTIFICATION PROBLEM AFTER OREO UPDATE IN J7MAX 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

After updated J7MAX to oreo,having a major issue in NOTIFICATION...When the notification comes in the panel,if we clear the notification from panel,which will also get clear from the app icon badge...
What is the solution for this issue? 
Anybody have a solution?

that's the oreo update feature you can't do anything about it

you can't do anything for fix it...
but if you want app icon badge then use 3rd party launcher.....
