So couple months ago my phone speaker was not working and I took the phone to the store I bought it from and they sent it to samsung for a repair I received my phone after two weeks and they wiped clean everything without permission and they factory reset it and the head phone speaker was still not working I ignored it and kept using my earphones for calls etc , BUT here is when it all started my phone started to restart it self suddenly after it freezes for seconds this kept happening and I ignored again but then yesterday it started to glitch then it restarted twice this got me worried because I dont know what else can happen next I blame the technician who did the factory reset
ANYWAYS what should I do ?

Are you sure the store sent it to Samsung for repairs? Did they give you any proof? If so, I'd take it to your nearest Samsung Service Center yourself.

yes they gave me a repair report and it was legit I was told to take the phone to my nearest Samsung service centre too but it's way too far

hi,make sure that the phone you got after service is yours. check the imei number.

diagnose your mobile through the phone care section in Samsung members app and go through automatic test. if it didn't show any issue then better take it to the authorised service center. tell them issues one by one. if need backup your credentials in phone(may be they will format it again) i think if they can give you fresh piece then that would be good.
