Thank you for reaching out to us.
Keep your device in 'Safe mode' for at least 2 hours. If this issue isn't occurring, then it's being caused by a third party app. To put your device on 'Safe mode'
1. | Hold down the power button to bring up the power menu, and choose Power off to switch off the device. |
2. | Hold down the power button to switch the device back on. |
3. | As the device is starting up, hold down the volume down button until the home screen appears. |
4. | Safe mode will now display in the bottom left hand corner of your device to confirm that Safe mode has been enabled. |

You can also start your device in Safe mode by following the below steps: |

1. | Hold down the power button to bring up the power menu. |
2. | Tap and hold the Power off option. |
3. | Tap Safe mode. |
4. | The device will restart. Safe mode will now display in the bottom-left hand corner of your device to confirm that Safe mode has been enabled. |
To exit out of Safe mode, simply turn your device off and on again as normal. Also Clear the cache partition on your device. |
