After installing new updates iam not able to use multi window options

Bro..select recent apps button..now tap on small app icon..here you will gonna find split screen option..

Hi there,

To use the multi windows in your device kindly follow the below step:

1- Click right touch/recent key>select the particular app>tap app icon on top>click open window in split screen.

To resolve the issue please follow the below mentioned steps:

1-Go to Settings > General management > Reset > Reset setting.

2- run device in safe mode

For further assistance, register your concern in the Samsung members app(Open Samsung members app>click on “+“icon>send feedback>Error report/ Ask Questions).
