I am using galaxy J6 in India. My phone's SIM1 slot is fill with Jio and SIM2 is BSNL. While trying to on mobile data on BSNL, Jio goes off because Sim selection mode change to LTE/3G/2G(auto connect). Jio doesn't support 3G or 2G. That means in presence of Jio I can't able to browse internet with other Sim card. Please provide some solution of this problem. Thank you.

You cannot use the internet of both the SIMs simultaneously. If you are using internet in the 1st SIM card in VOLTE or LTE then automatically second SIM card will work on 2G/3G and vice versa, and we have taken your feedback into consideration.
