It might also happen if any malicious app tried to tamper with your phone. Take it to a Service centre. It wouldn't be covered under warranty.

it happened in my phone too. and i am going to samsung service centre and and they are unable to solve this problem they Evan do not understand problem of software. and they charged me 240rs.
