I have face a problem with my jio sim in my J7 Prime. The issue is a network problem with my jio sim i.e shown as no network/emergency call only was last few days. I am also trying my other sim like Vodafone and airtel but both are working fine but jio sim not working. Please resolve my issue or suggest me what can I do..

try your jio sim in another phone if problem occur again then it is problem with jio sim
