go to service center reinstall software

go to safemode and observe, is there also restart?
if in safemode not such issue then problem with your recently downloaded app

steps to turn safemode;
long press on power button>
long press on power off option>click on safemode >your mobile will restart and turn into safemode.

Keep in mind that in this mode only inbuilt system app will work

no use means in safemode also restart right?
so if in safemode same problem persist then only better option is visit service centre and get reinstall your software update
as this is not under warranty so they will charge around 200.
