Fingerprint scanner not working properly. After 2-3 attempt it shows wipe the button properly.I cleaned the button and again it shows error. What's the problem ? Don't understand

1st of all goto home page of samsung member then scroll down u will find test hardware option go to it then in last or secound last u will found fingerprint scanner option go to it then put ur finger on scanner if it is show issues with red colour then u need to visit samsung care or if in that test it show that it is working perfectly with green then u need to clean ur home screen before entering new fingerprint in setting

fingerprint scanner of j5 prime is not working properly ,many times the scanner unables to recognise my fingers and even takes time to unlock the phone
