J7 pro touch issue

Facing Serious touch issue. touch freezes sometimes.. And please don't say to run in Safe Mood( already checked ), Try Factory Reset ( Done 2 Factory reset within 2 week) , Reset App Preferane( Done once/ month) . Tried every possible way. now try to confess that it is your software which causes this issue. i know No one confess his guilty. See this attach file . My phone's Maintenance status is excellent. As far as i know according to this status there should be no lag in my device. then why i am facing horrible touch issue ? I know what should be your answer . so i don't expect any solution. just let you know the issues of J7 pro.
1. Horrible Touch issue
2. Charging time increase( 4hours at least), before Update it took 2hrs 30 mnt max.

and it charges in 1 n half hour ... not 4 hours
battry life is also good
why dont u take it to the samsung care and show them in detail?
nothing u gonna get here by posting this

1 n half hour? and i hv to blv this? 3600 mh battery . if u charge ur device in switch off mood it'll take 2 hrs and more. impossible to charge within 1 n half hour.

so ... they cheated with me and gave me 2500 mah battry? thats what u wanna say?
if ur main samaung cable is slightly broken or u dropped ur adapter (if not then ur family member) they masses up ... even non samsung cable also can effect charge speed!
mine charges 30 to 98 in 1:32h believe me or not. TY

for me too, charging is not an issue..my j7 pro has normal charging time of nearly 2 hr...and yes It is right though I m facing some touch issue too. it is notable.
