we r trying to reach u samsung to say we request you to give the update of dual volte in j7 pro...it's an expensive handset...regarding the price we should get the dual volte update...it's old though it is capable to support the dual volte update....we are facing too many problems in daily usage due to not having the dual volte update in j7 pro...j6 and j7 pro have the same hardware"j6 has received the dual volte update but j7 pro not yet"...please please give the dual volte update...try to listen to us please....😩😩😩😩😩...please listen to us and give the update
