J7 prime camera clarity not good?

My J7 prime 3gb 2017 model's camera clarity is not so good when compared with other phones which is of 13mp . Below is the pic taken from it (sample).Each pic coming out with bit blurr and kind of cloudy cloudy image quality rather than pixel clarity. kindly , zoom the pics and see the cloudy dots like in the image appearing when zoomed instead of pixels. This is any defect in my device or the j7 prime quality is like this??

take it with the HDR mode... might help !

your pics are very clear. its giving pixel clarity. in the dark my pics are bit cloudy cloudy with dots like think appearing when zoomed

possibility is dirt has accumulated inside the camera....
