I have been facing problem in J7 prime dual sim,If i use two sim cards (Example Jio in sim card slot one with preferred network as LTE and Airtel in sim card slot two with preferred network as 3G/2G) data speed drops and bandwidth also drops.I hope samsung is going to do something about this issue.

- Check by using any other SIM card.
- Ensure that network frequency of your device should be selected on Auto-mode.
- Menu > Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks > Network Mode > Select auto mode (GSM/WCDMA/LTE).
- Search for the Network Manually as follows:
Menu > Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks > Network Operators > Select Manual Search.
- Kindly go to settings >> General management >> Reset >> Reset network settings.
