While using FB ... when I scroll down... feel like something frames are getting strucked.... is it in all phones... or FB problem.?

in my j7max sometime frame strucked in playstore or facebook. when scroll left or right.
is this phone problem or something else.
also my phone's auto brightness is off.screen dim or bright automaticallly,

bt it happns only on playstore n fb
n my brightness issue is very negligible

its because of videos on fb
dnt wry it happns to most of the smartphones
