I suggest you to factory reset your device after taking backup of all your data.

Hi there,

 

Please perform the following steps to resolve above mentioned issues:

1- If any screen guard/tampered glass/protection film is available then first disable the fingerprint settings and then remove the screen guard.
2- Once screen guard is removed now register the fingerprint again and check the issue.
3- If problem does not get resolved, run the device in Safe mode and reconfigure the fingerprint.

For slow charging issue: 1- Charge the device with the original charger.

2- Follow standard battery charging procedure (charge a fully discharged the battery in Switch-off mode up to 150 mins).
2- Perform Interactive checks through the Samsung Members app (Samsung Members> Get Help> Interactive checks->charger/USB).

For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung members application (Open Samsung members app >> click on “+“icon > send feedback >> error report / ask question).
