(J7 max)Extreme bright photos with rear camera while using flash

The photos come very bright with flash that make them unrecognisable and of very poor quality. Before the oreo update the flash camera photos by rear camera were of very good quality. Samsung please fix the camera issue...its just a software issue as with the same hardware photo quality were very good before oreo update.
