I would like to know when J7 Pro 2017 will get the next software patch . What additional features are required . Then which new model in samsung can be purchased in 3 months time . Presently I am using J7 Pro. Your good suggestions are welcome.

Bro it's nearly 3 years old. Samsung will mostly provide 2 years of update and 3 or 4 years of quarterly updates...

I think Samsung is offering better flagship phones and not sure about budget and mid range phones. In my view You can buy Realme 5s it's a good value for money...

j7 pro being old will continue to receive updates and security patches but firmware updates are no more supported
