Galaxy JDear Samsung Member,
Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!
Kindly follow the below mentioned step to improve the performance of the device:
- Space availability (Storage & Internal memory): To improve the device performance there should be sufficient space. Request you to keep at least ''minimum 20% internal memory free''.
- Clear cache memory of a particular application: Settings>Apps>Select particular app (e.g. Samsung Internet)>Storage>Clear Cache
- Check Auto Restart should be Off: Setting> General management >Reset>Auto restart off
Please follow the below mentioned link: https://www.samsung.com/in/support/mobile-devices/how-to-restart-the-device-when-freezed-or-hanged/
For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Samsung Members App > Feedback >Error report > Attach log file for any issue)
Thank you for writing to Samsung.
Warm Regards,
Samsung Customer Support

Galaxy JEverything is alright with me.
It's a security update issue. Convey this to J7 Pro's developers. Thanks.
