J7 Pro Restart Issue Continues

Tried safe mode to check any third party app issue.
No third party app is working in safe mode, so that's not an issue. 
Meanwhile i was clearing most of the app's cache files,

Then it soft restarted again even in safe mode. It happened a few days back once too. 

This problem actually started with March Security update. 
My phone restarted total five times. First 3 times happened months ago.

Actually my j6 plus is same issues. i complained this.

My Galaxy A51 has this problem too.

I have faced it 5 or 6 times.( First occured on the 2nd day after purchasing the device )

I have also send error reports but nothing resolved.

Kindly follow the below mentioned step to improve the performance of the device:

 

  1. Space availability (Storage & Internal memory): To improve the device performance there should be sufficient space. Request you to keep at least ''minimum 20% internal memory free''.
  2. Clear cache memory of a particular application: Settings>Apps>Select particular app (e.g. Samsung Internet)>Storage>Clear Cache
  3. Check Auto Restart should be Off: Setting> General management >Reset>Auto restart off

For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Samsung Members App > Feedback >Error report > Attach log file for any issue)

sometimes issue with whatsapp with me i clear chat after 2 3 days.from last week my mobile not restarted.check if its usefull to you.
