Samsung Built-In calender app doesnt give notification alerts on the day of event at any time. I need to manually open the app the see/check events. Can anyone guide me to get the sound alerts/Visual pop-ups just like whatsapp messages to get notification reminders...?

My google events/reminders are synced with the app.

i do not get notifications for birthdays. can u assist for settings..

can you send me ss of:-
1. any of your events/reminders settings in calendar app. and,

goto settings-notifications-calendar app and check if you have allowed him all the options there.

bro because you have selected "all day", select "time" then you will be able to select the duration of reminder.

thats a dead option. upon tapping, cannot switch to either. its selected by default to all day.

have you tried it during new reminder set in.
because here you have made one already with all day so it can't be changed here, you have to select it during new remainder addition.

well these are the events synced from my gmail/google account with info already stored in contact details

try make some new notification and see if the bug still exist.
If not then there must be some problem while syncing.
