J7 Prime/On Nxt erractic charging proof

Since june phone has been charging slowly
After nougat, update totally screwed up
Even reverse charges.
Today I have proof of that
The speed of charging after 70%
The reverse charging after 80%
The total charging time
Admin, dont reply me with "clean this clean that. Replace charger, buy branded charger."etc., You guys screwed this up with bad software, fix it!
I need proper solution for this.

today again after 20 days, i noticed that my phone charged upto 88% then after that it went  to 80% then it took half an hour to charge from 80% again to charge 88% then after it goes directly to 94% , but the battery after i used phone was normal.... so i want to know is it normal, on samsung nembers i checked the status of battery , there it showed battery status normal,

so i want to know that my phone is normal....

ok now only 1 option u have...... Downgrade from nougat 7 to 6 marshmallow....

It can't be done officially. Someone tried it, I saw a post. He reported that with older firmware, it is charging and discharging is normal like before.

Lol, this is about battery charging. Even if the phone is completely switched off, this is still the case. Bad software.
