that's not fair. it's not mid range when i bought it. 18990rs cost which i have mid for it. it's deserve one more big update.

samsung has certain updates policy....and that doesn't mentioned j7 prime in pie update......and its 2years old device warrenty is over....how they could consider your request

Yes it is compatible device for one ui, as of now im using the j7 prime device with one ui and its working absolutely great 👌.
