1-In USA j7 prime users already get March security patch and will soon receive android pie 9.0.
2-But here in India its almost 5 months they didn't provide any update..its bad...Samsung focus on USA.
3-Samsung think Indian people were fool that's why doing this to us.
4-Worst service in India whereas Indian people use more Samsung phones than any other country then also doing this to us.
5-Service should improved for us but its keep on downgrading day by day.
6-Just focus on new launches and high end phones.
7-We are waiting for security patch update..but still there were some bugs which should be resolved and some features should be added.
8-Samsung will give a security patch update in 6 months and then again forgot j7 prime for another 6 months..that's what Samsung policy is for j7 prime and all other phones.
9-Learn from xiaomi...That's why its overtaking Samsung in India..
in June they will give us only a security patch update...but in Samsung official update list..j7 prime is eligible for regular updates..Is this a regular update...
